As Founder of Ascend Executive Partners, Dan brings 20 years’ experience in Human Resources and people leadership, spanning private sector organisations ranging from FTSE250 through to numerous founder-led, industry challengers across technology, energy, consultancy and telecommunications.
A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, Dan is certified in Neuropsychology by the University of Cambridge as well as in Organisational Leadership with Harvard Business School. Dan also serves as a Freeman of the Company of HR Professionals in the UK.
Dan focuses on supporting predominantly PE-backed and founder-led scale-ups with their people strategies in addition to hiring senior strategic leaders in to private sector businesses.
As a certified Executive Coach, Andrew partners with our global CEO and CXO clients to provide expert coaching, counsel and development, transforming individuals and executive teams and is a former recipient of the ‘Leadership Coach of the Year’ Award from the World Coaching Congress.
Originally trained as a Physiotherapist, Andrew went on to study psychology and neuro-linguistics which led him to become a pre-eminent performance coach with senior executives – initially throughout Australia and Asia and now across the world.
Andrew is a published author of three leadership and mindset books and a regular speaker and contributor to various professional bodies and educational institutions.
Lakeisha leads our practice across the Latin America and Caribbean regions. An alumni of Florida International University and a member of the British Psychological Society, Lakeisha brings a depth and breadth of experience as a people development executive gained from over 23 years’ within the Banking and Telecommunications industries. As a certified trainer and mentor, Lakeisha’s passion is to deliver coaching at executive levels as well as broader leadership development solutions for clients, ensuring individual executives, and teams, are able to flourish.
